How do I book a cab?
Three ways: WhatsApp us, call our 24x7 number, or fill the form on this page. We confirm your booking with driver details within minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, UPI (PhonePe / GPay / Paytm), bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. For tour packages we accept advance via UPI or bank transfer.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 12 hours before pickup are free. Within 12 hours, a small driver-allowance charge applies. We don't charge for genuine emergencies — just let us know.
Are your drivers verified?
Every driver is background-checked, ID-verified, and personally known to our team. We share driver photo, name, and car number on WhatsApp before pickup.
Are the cabs sanitized?
Yes — vacuumed daily, sanitized between every trip, and serviced regularly. AC is always on, interiors always clean.
Do you operate 24x7?
Yes — every day of the year. Late-night flights, early-morning trains, festival nights — we're always reachable.
